Identifying immunotherapy as “a wonderful tool for my toolkit,” Tina enrolled in the TOPAZ-1 trial, “which combined two different types of chemotherapy with immunotherapy.” Tina recalls her doctor explaining to her how “the immunotherapy would make it better, and give me a better quality of life.” “When I got my first scan done, there was shrinkage,” she shares. “I just started crying, I was so happy because that gave me so much hope. It still does!” Today, she expresses, “I’m still doing the immunotherapy regimen, and it’s worked wonders for me. I’m still here, 14 months later!”
