About CRI

Scientific Advisory Council

The Cancer Research Institute is the leader in cancer immunology and immunotherapy today chiefly because of the dedicated expertise of its Scientific Advisory Council members. This esteemed body of the world's top immunologists and tumor immunologists guides the Institute's medical and research programs.

Together, they shape CRI's research funding strategies and decide which scientific proposals are of the highest quality and have the greatest potential for making an impact in the field and are therefore deserving of CRI support.

The Council, which has 64 members, includes three Nobel Prize winners, 27 members of the National Academy of Sciences, and 16 members of the Academy of Cancer Immunology. CRI's body of honorary members are distinguished former members who have made significant contributions to CRI and to the field.
