World Cancer Day 2018

World Cancer Day unites the world’s population in the fight against cancer every year on 4 February.

It aims to save millions of preventable deaths each year by raising awareness and education about the disease, pressing governments and individuals across the world to take action.

Spread the message on social media with the hashtag #WorldCancerDay. In 2018, World Cancer Day are asking you to hold up your sign to make change happen with the hashtags #WorldCancerDay and #WeCanICan. The ‘Signs for Change’ activity is a way to take a stand and raise awareness and aid against cancer.

World Cancer Day is an initiative of the Union for International Cancer Control (UICC).
