Dr. Wherry is the director of the Institute for Immunology, the chair of the Department of Systems Pharmacology and Translational Therapeutics, and the Richard and Barbara Schiffrin President’s Distinguished Professor at the University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine. Additionally, he is an associate director of CRI’s Scientific Advisory Council. Researchers have cited his work almost 50,000 times in peer-reviewed publications and he has authored more than 200 papers.
