Natasha joined the Cancer Research Institute as development assistant in September 2019. In her role, she works closely with the Development Officer to cultivate relationships with major donors and strengthen CRI’s donor database.

Prior to joining CRI, Natasha graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park with a degree in Behavioral and Community Health. During her four years at the University of Maryland, she interned at the Foundation for the National Institutes of Health, Island Press, the University of Maryland, School of Public Health, and the Maryland State Senate. These internships helped Natasha realize how critical funding was to the advancement of scientific research and she decided to pursue a career in Development full-time.

Outside of work, Natasha is external chair for the Association of South Asian A Cappella, where she works on partnerships with collegiate organizations, businesses, and corporate partners.
