Hannah Ressinger joined Cancer Research Institute as Development Assistant and Assistant to the CEO in 2018. In her role, she works closely with the Development Officer and all fundraising teams to develop and execute CRI’s two large fundraising campaigns each year. She also works to cultivate major donors and prospective donors to build CRI’s donor base and create a pipeline of future advocates. In addition to her development responsibilities, Hannah assists the CEO and is the Keeper of the Board, handling quarterly meetings of the Board of Trustees and all board activities.
After graduating from New York University in 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in music, Spanish and business, Hannah was diagnosed with Hodgkin Lymphoma and underwent intense treatment in New York and Chicago. Because of this, Hannah was thrilled to work for CRI, to use her skills to aid her fellow patients, and to help fund the science needed to advance effective treatments for all cancer patients.
Hannah also has a passion for exploring music from all over the world and can be found searching for cheap plane tickets, watching documentaries or sharing meals and adventures with loved ones.
