Josh Tinch is a senior customer success manager at TicketManager, an enterprise SaaS start-up. Prior to joining TicketManager, he was the head of International for Umbel, a data management platform for professional sports teams. Mr. Tinch joined Umbel when there were five employees and started the market development team, launched the New York City office, and expanded the business into Mexico, Canada, and Europe. Prior to joining Umbel, he served as a vice president and business development manager for J.P. Morgan Chase’s equipment finance and leasing practice, specializing in corporate aircraft finance.
Mr. Tinch graduated from Texas A&M University and earned an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
