Megan Bannigan is an associate at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP, focusing on litigation in the areas of trademark, copyright and unfair competition, as well as general commercial litigation and white collar and regulatory defense. She represents clients on matters related to intellectual property rights across a range of industries, including fashion, entertainment, pharmaceuticals, and consumer products. Megan received her law degree from Rutgers School of Law-Camden with high honors and a bachelor's degree in Political Science from Rutgers University. Prior to and during law school, Megan worked in the Office of the New Jersey Governor.
Megan is passionate about the need for advancement in cancer research and is dedicated to spreading awareness of CRI's mission. In addition to being a CRI Young Philanthropist member, Megan serves as a member of the Junior Board of Advocates for Children of New York. She is also serving a two year term on the pro bono committee of the International Trademark Association.
