Jeff Gardner is an associate at Metropolitan Real Estate Equity Management, LLC, a registered investment advisor that creates vintage year private equity real estate funds. Jeff works in the business and legal group where he is responsible for negotiating and structuring private real estate transactions. 

Born and raised in Boston, MA, Jeff moved to New York City after graduating from Boston College with a bachelor’s degree in History.  Prior to working for Metropolitan, Jeff worked in the Business & Legal Affairs department at Atlantic Records. In addition to his role on the CRI Young Philanthropists Council, Jeff is a YLG member of the Urban Land Institute and is also involved with Robin Hood foundation, a New York City non-profit focused on funding poverty-prevention programs. In his spare time, Jeff enjoys tennis, traveling, running and skiing.
