CRI also accepts donations of real estate and other select properties (we also accept car and other vehicle donations). Through this approach, you can make a meaningful gift without giving up income. You also may be able to realize a federal tax benefit.
Securities donations
Many CRI donors who elect to make securities gifts work closely with their financial advisors to establish a regular annual distribution schedule, particularly if they are giving to more than other charitable organizations. In this way, you can be assured that your investments are being well managed, and that your wishes are being honored.
