On Thursday, March 13, 2014, the Cancer Research Institute’s (CRI) Young Philanthropists Council, chaired by Alexis Feldman, hosted their Winter Soiree, with the help of event co-chairs Christina Brown and Sean Kiely, and a committee made up of young professionals with diverse backgrounds. More than 300 guests between the ages of 21 and 40 arrived at the North Cabana at the Maritime Hotel and raised more than $12,000 in support of CRI’s mission to advance research of safe, effective immunotherapies to treat all different types of cancers. VIP tables, a premium open bar, raffle prizes, and a great party vibe thanks to the nonstop music of special guest DJ Sickabod, had guests dancing into the night.
