Each year, the Institute hosts a Golf Challenge to raise funds to support cancer research. Last year's event took place September 10, 2007, at the then newly-opened Liberty National Golf Course in Jersey City, NJ. Nineteen foursomes enjoyed the rolling greens and took in the spectacular views of the New York City skyline and harbor. The event raised more than $180,000 for the Institute.
