The Scientific Advisory Council is a distinguished body of 69 of the world's leading expert immunologists from 12 countries who voluntarily guide the development of the Institute’s research programs, helping to shape the fields of immunology and cancer immunology.
The Council includes four Nobel Prize winners, 29 members of the National Academy of Sciences, and 23 members of the Academy of Cancer Immunology. A universally respected authority, the Council provides all research funding recommendations to the Institute — from predoctoral training awards to grants for clinical trials — and sets the agendas for CRI-sponsored international symposia.
